The 2011 SAAS Convention was held in beautiful Corpus Christi, Texas. Two Omni Hotels within walking distance were the sites for lodging, The hotels along with the AmericanBank Center were the sites for meetings. Deadline for hotel reservations was 5:00 pm CST, Friday, January 21, 2011.

The AmericanBank Center is located approximately .7 miles from the Omni Hotels. If weather permits, the walk along the bay will be pleasant and scenic; if weather is inclement, transportation will be provided to the Center and hotels.

SUPER BOWL PARTY/RECEPTION: SAAS’s Opening Session is scheduled for 4:00 pm on Sunday, February 6, followed by the Annual Super Bowl Party/Reception beginning at 6:00 pm at the Brewster Street Icehouse. Come watch the game on the big screen and cheer on your favorite team! (Cash bar.)

ASSOCIATION PROGRAMS SAAS Association Programs
Pre-registration for SAAS Conference for Academic Department Heads, Administrative Heads of Agriculture, Ag Communications, and Biochemistry only. Other associations should check their association websites for pre-registration information. To get the SAAS lodging group rate, you must register by 5:00 pm CST, Friday, January 21, 2011. (Only Visa and MasterCard accepted.)
